kontor – Boutique Hotel

The new & unique hotel in Hall in Tirol

The once venerable trading house embedded in Hall’s old town – also named kontor – has served a new purpose since December 2018. Hosts Ursula and Marek transformed the protected building, which is steeped in history, with much soul, style and courage - with intricate craftsmanship they are created a small but chic Boutique hotel for your break in Hall in Tirol.

No one room matches the next

The Hotel furnishings and welcoming services are comparable to 4-star standard. Each room is generous and unique in its appearance. The partially custom-made interior including one-offs breaks the past with timeless elegance, enhanced by modern comforts. Breakfast will be served in a baroque hall where the 18th century original ceiling offers a particularly special ambience. Ursula & Marek place great value on regional and seasonal foods and homemade products. Indulge yourselves!

Our highlights at a glance

  • Small but chic: our hotel is made up of 8 rooms and suites. Each is furnished with custom-made items and a modern bathroom. The elements of the past – stucco, beams and floor – offer each room a particularly special charm.
  • For us a matter of course: 4-Star service with WiFi, Safe, Minibar, kettle & Nespresso-machine awaits you in each of our rooms.
  • Start the day right: Breakfast in our baroque hall is included! The breakfast buffet will be enriched by freshly prepared egg dishes and omelettes.
  • Easy to locate: Perfect starting point for your stay in Tyrol. Equally so for your business trip. We are located close to the motorway slip road exit Hall Mitte but yet can still enjoy the flair of western Austria’s largest old town!
  • Unique to us: A pompous entrance hall, a gothic winding staircase, beamed ceilings and stucco ornaments alongside a lift which provides you with an insight into the historical construction of the building.
